This policy explains what personal data DigitalKMPS ("we", "us") processes when you visit digitalkmps.eu, why, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). DigitalKMPS is the data controller for this website.

1. The short version

This is a static marketing website. We do not operate user accounts, contact forms, logins, or e-commerce, and we do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. The only personal data we process is anonymised website analytics, and only if you give consent. You are not required to provide any personal data to use this site.

2. What we collect

  • With your consent (analytics): via Google Analytics 4 we collect an anonymised IP address, the pages you view, approximate location (country/region), and device/browser type, plus how you move through the site. This is aggregated and not used to identify you personally. IP anonymisation is enabled, and we do not enable Google Signals or ad personalisation.
  • Always (strictly necessary): a single first-party cookie that records your cookie-consent choice. It performs no tracking and sets no analytics.
  • If you email us: we process the email address and message you send to startup@digitalkmps.eu solely to reply to you.

We do not collect data through forms (there are none), and we do not process special categories of data (e.g. health, biometric, or political data).

3. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

Analytics is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew. The consent cookie itself relies on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in recording your choice and on meeting our legal obligation to ask for consent. Any email correspondence is handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you.

4. Cookies

Details of every cookie we set are in our Cookie Policy. Analytics cookies are blocked by default (Google Consent Mode v2, default "denied") until you accept them.

5. Third parties

Website analytics is provided by Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited), acting as our processor under Google's Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with anyone else, and this site carries no advertising network.

6. International transfers

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard under Chapter V of the GDPR.

7. Data retention

Analytics data is retained according to Google's settings; the analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) last up to 2 years. Your consent choice is stored for 365 days, after which you are asked again. Emails you send are kept only as long as needed to handle your query.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. In particular you can:

  • withdraw analytics consent at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of any page;
  • exercise any of the above rights by emailing startup@digitalkmps.eu — we respond within one month and free of charge;
  • lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP, cpdp.bg) or your local supervisory authority.

9. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

10. Children's privacy

This is a business marketing site, is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

11. Security

The site is served only over HTTPS (TLS 1.2/1.3) with strict security headers, and we practise data minimisation — there are no accounts, forms, or visitor databases — which keeps the personal data we hold to a minimum.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
